Scoil Chaomhín Naofa Wood Project
Operation Bluebell was successfully completed at the school last week, with the children actively involved in planting. A total of 1,000 woodland bulbs were planted and fenced off, ready to bloom by springtime. Huge thanks to Principal Meg and her wonderful team of educators. A special shout-out to LGTT members Sonia, Sinead, Colette, Pat, and Mike—your efforts were incredible.
We also want to express our gratitude to the O'Rourke brothers at Annamoe Sawmills for generously providing the stakes free of charge.
From the dead hedge installation by Noel, Eoin, Colette, Finian, and our LGTT Junior members Eanna and Brendan, to the site preparation and bulb planting, everyone worked so hard to make this project a success. Thank you all, and well done!
