We are holding our AGM on Wednesday 5th of November in the Brockagh Resource Centre at 8pm. Please come along and get updates on projects completed and ongoing in the area. Brockagh Country Market & Car Boot Sale- November 9th

Walking  group in the Brockagh

On Monday mornings weekly at 10am join the Laragh walking group at the Brockagh Resource Centre for a walk around the Glendalough area for approximately one hour. This is a great way to meet and chat with others and with no fee involved. No need to book, just show up on the day.

Employment Opportunity

A position is now open for gardening, planting, weeding and in general all works associated with Tidy Towns. You will be working alongside the Laragh and Glendalough Tidy Towns group. Newtown Parish Community Employment company limited by guarantee, ref #CES-2413651, 19.5hrs a week at Community Employment Programme Rates. Eligibility to participate in CE is generally linked to those who are 21yrs or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1yr or more or 18yrs and over for certain disadvantaged groups. No experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. Hours can be flexible to suit candidate. To register your interest you can contact an Employment Personal Advisor(EPA) in your local Intreo Centre.

Brockagh Christmas Market – Sunday, 30th November 2025The Brockagh Resource Centre will once again host its popular Christmas Market on Sunday, 30th November from 10am to 3pm. Visitors can look forward to a wide selection of unique gifts, crafts, home baking, jewellery, art, beauty products, and more — offering a relaxed and enjoyable Christmas shopping experience.

Annamoe Centre

The Annamoe Centre has a variety of events on offer from fitness workouts, sound baths, Indian head massage and Kinesiology. There are a variety of classes to attend this winter. Bright Stars Baby & Toddler Group

Baby & Toddler Group at The Brockagh Centre every Wednesday 10:30-12.00; come along and meet your friends, have a play, sing or dance in a lovely bright hall with loads of toys, cars, disco ball and enjoy the ‘yummy snacks’.
