Fun event to raise funds for Scoil Chaoimhin Naofa. Starts at 10am on Sat 27th May at the Glendalough Hotel. Tickets available to purchase from the Parents Association at €10 per entry. Limited entries available. Great prizes on the day.
Brockagh Market & Car Boot Sun 14th May
The Brockagh Market & Car Boot is once a month on the 2nd Sun(except Jan/Feb). Open to the public from 10am to 3pm.Tea, coffee and food snacks are available. Indoor and outdoor stalls with a variety of items for sale with plenty of bargains from gifts, clothes, plants, books, toys, aloe vera products, artwork, tools, household items etc. Free parking and customer toilet facilities.

Zumba Fitness

Vinyasa Yoga at 10am to 11.20am
The practice will provide gentle stretching, improved strength and flexibility, as well as help students to find balance and calm in everyday life.
Chair Yoga at 11.30am to 12.30pm

World Bee Day
World Bee Day Event on at 11am sat 20th May. Join our talk and walk and learn about Ireland’s Bumblebees. At the Education Centre, by the Upper Lake Glendalough. Adults and children welcome. No dogs. This event is free of charge but please be aware that there is the Upper Lake car park charge of €4. Booking essential. Bookings will be taken from Sat 6th May. Folks we urgently need your help!
Roundwood Laragh Cardiac First Responders are Volunteers serving the greater Roundwood, Laragh, Moneystown and Annamoe areas since January 2005 in association with NAS (National Ambulance Service). We provide 24/7 cover, year 'round and have a dedicated team of 16 CFRs. Our Volunteers do monthly training and regular upskilling. We cover a 9 mile radius from Annamoe Bridge in every direction!
We came back online with NAS exactly two months ago, after a long stand-down during the Covid pandemic. Since going live, we have responded to TWELVE emergency 999 calls made by our neighbours in the community. That's a callout every 5 days (before Covid we would have 1 or 2 callouts a month). I'm sure you can agree that this is an exceptional increase.
We currently receive NO grant funding of any type. We must urgently fundraise to replace outdated equipment and to buy replacement parts - AED pads, Batteries etc. Currently we have €0 in our bank account.We would very much appreciate any donation you can make!Donate to Roundwood Laragh CFR Group

We accept cookers, dryers, microwaves, radiators, lawnmowers, gym equipment, car parts, garden tools, garden chairs/tables, farm equipment & materials, cooper, brass, lead, batteries stainless steel, household cable/armoured cable/pyro cable, brake discs/bulk, aircons, boilers, alloys. Please no fridges, freezers, timbers, plastic and tyres.
Badminton
Junior/teenagers are finished for the summer this Thursday, 27th April 2023: from May onwards social adult badminton continues on a Thursday night 7.30-9.30pm, all welcome.
