Bright Stars Baby & Toddler Group
Starting back after a Summer break on Wednesday 13th Sept at 10.30am. Each week this group will provide a welcoming and lively space for parents and children to gather and grow. Our activities will include ‘messy play’, story and song, games (guest speakers), snacks, tidy-up and new equipment which will allow both you as the parent/carer and your child to meet friends, explore new things and learn. For some parents, grandparents and carers, the weekly catch-up and opportunity for children to play and make new friends is enough. For others, the support makes them that bit more confident in their parenting role. Cost €4.50 per family. Call us on 0404 45600 if you have any questions about the group.
Mobile Library
A mobile comes to Laragh every second Thursday from 12.15 to 12.50pm and parks at the back of Lynhams Hotel. Phone on 087 9135229 or email library@wicklowcoco.ie.
For people who have difficulty accessing their nearest public library, the Mobile Library Service gives them the opportunity to avail of a public library facility. The mobile library carries approximately 2,500 items with free access to many online resources including downloadable audio books, newspapers and more. The next Laragh dates are Fri 22nd Sept and 6th of October.

Yoga with Louise
Vinyasa Krama Yoga (step-by-step). Classes are starting 14th Sept from 10am to 11.20 in the Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh. The practice will provide gentle stretching, improved strength and flexibility, as well as help students to find balance and calm in everyday life. Chair Yoga
Classes are starting 14th Sept from 11.30am to 12.30 in the Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh.
Chair Yoga is suitable for those who find a regular yoga class too strenuous, are recovering from injury or illness or are generally less active and mobile. Louise's classes include physical poses (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation and meditation. There is some standing work which is optional and done next to the chair. Laragh Badminton Club - Back week of 11th Sept
Badminton classes are in the Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh with Monday evenings: Adults 7.30-9.30pm. Thursdays Evenings: Juniors 4th class beginners 6-7pm, 5-6th class & 1st year secondary school 7-8pm, Teenagers 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th year Secondary School Classes 8-9pm.
