First two sessions are free. Just show up and say hello.
When & where:
Tuesdays 6:30pm — Speed work at the Upper Lake. Intervals scaled to your pace, stunning setting.
Thursdays — Two options:
- 6:00pm easy run/run-walk from the Woollen Mills (perfect for beginners or those easing back in).
- 6:30pm faster easy run at Vartry Reservoir (comfortable pace, good company).
Saturdays 8:30am — Steady session, then Winter League 5k/10k at 9:30am. The best way to stay consistent through the cold months.
